  Payment methods

  We only accept cash payment. You are also welcome to transfer the remaining amount to us before arrival.

  Booking confirmation / deposit:

  In order to confirm a reservation, we request a deposit by bank transfer.

  Cancellation conditions and general terms and conditions:

  The provisions of the Austrian hotel contract (Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (ÖHVB)) apply. Subject to change without notice.
  In the event of non-arrival, late arrival or early departure, the full amount will be charged. Please understand that we can only accept cancellations in writing.

  Cancellation conditions:

  - 3 months before arrival no cancellation fee
  - 2 months to 1 month before arrival 40%
  - 1 month to 1 week 70%
  - In the last week 100%

  Travel cancellation insurance:

  We recommend that you take out private travel cancellation insurance once you have made your reservation. It covers all cancellation costs in the event of accident, illness, death of the insured person or their family members before the start of the holiday or during the stay.
