Prices

The prices are in euros, per day and apartment, excluding local tax (€ 4.00 per person/day, from the age of 15).
The prices are valid for a Stay of 5-7 nights and when booking directly via our website.
We charge a surcharge for short stays. The final cleaning (€ 120.00 - € 160.00/apartment) is not included in the apartment price.

Check-In, Check-out

The apartments are available from 4pm. Check out is at 10am. Please inform us if you will be arriving after 10pm.

Ski depot

We offer ski depots at the Pardatschgratbahn for a special price of € 20 per person/stay. Return the evening before your departure until 7 pm.

Breakfast

Breakfast can be booked for € 17 per person/day if required; please pre-book 2 weeks before your arrival.

Bread service

You can order fresh bread daily from the Ischgl bakery for an extra charge.

Pets

Dogs (pets) are unfortunately not allowed in our building.

Parking spaces

Free parking and garage spaces are available directly at our building.

Payment methods

We only accept cash payment. You are also welcome to transfer the remaining amount to us before arrival.

Booking confirmation / deposit:

In order to confirm a reservation, we request a deposit by bank transfer.

Cancellation conditions and general terms and conditions:

The provisions of the Austrian hotel contract (Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (ÖHVB)) apply. Subject to change without notice.
In the event of non-arrival, late arrival or early departure, the full amount will be charged. Please understand that we can only accept cancellations in writing.

Cancellation conditions:

- 3 months before arrival no cancellation fee
- 2 months to 1 month before arrival 40%
- 1 month to 1 week 70%
- In the last week 100%

Travel cancellation insurance:

We recommend that you take out private travel cancellation insurance once you have made your reservation. It covers all cancellation costs in the event of accident, illness, death of the insured person or their family members before the start of the holiday or during the stay. Price list

With the publication of the new price list, all previous price lists lose their validity. Subject to price changes, printing errors and mistakes, as well as changes to offers.
